Casa Milagro.
Two bedrooms, a studio apartment, and steps from the Pacific.
- Full design + build
- Multi-unit layout
- Studio apartment add-on

Affectionately called Casona Milagro — a two-bedroom main house with a tucked-away studio apartment, all in the final stretch of completion. Located on Avenida Miguel Alemán, a few blocks from Mazatlán's historic center, boardwalk, beaches and shops.
How it came together.
We designed Casa Milagro for the way people actually want to live in Mazatlán — a main house for daily life, and a separate studio with its own kitchen and bathroom that can flex as a guesthouse, an office, or a rental.
The kitchen is fitted with quartz countertops, a wine-bar fridge, energy-efficient cooktop and oven, range hood, full cabinetry. Bathrooms are fully tiled with eco-friendly fixtures throughout. Double-paned windows and sliding doors keep the climate in check.
Three mini-splits, washer/dryer, rooftop water tank plus cistern, gas water heater, pressure pump, filtration, weatherproofed rooftops. The studio apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and mini-split. The big things are done — a future owner just brings the final layer of personality.
