A few honest details — what you're dreaming of, where it is, and roughly when you'd like to start. We answer every inquiry ourselves, usually within a day or two.

A few things people usually ask.
Do you only work in Mazatlán?
Mazatlán is our home and most of our projects are here, but we've worked with clients planning from abroad and across Mexico. Our remote consultation service is built for that.
I don't own a property yet — can you still help?
Yes. Many clients reach out before buying. We can walk a candidate property with you, flag what's restorable, and give you a rough sense of scope and budget before you sign anything.
How long does a typical remodel take?
A focused kitchen or bath usually runs 8–14 weeks. A full home restoration in Centro Histórico can run 6–12 months. We give you an honest timeline after the first walkthrough — not before.
Do you handle permits and paperwork?
Yes. For full-service projects we handle architectural drawings, INAH coordination where needed, and all the local paperwork. It's part of what you're paying for.
What languages do you work in?
English and Spanish — both fluently. Most of our international clients are most comfortable in English; our crews work in Spanish; we translate everything in between.
